What don’t you clean?
We do not offer dry cleaning services yet, and so our team cannot clean anything that should be dry-cleaned or cannot be put in a dryer. The items may include suits, jackets, formal or wedding dresses that are delicate.
Do you do ironing?
Yes! We offer the option for items to be ironed. Please see our optional add on(s) for the pricing and details.
Do you wash/hand wash and dry delicates?
Tumble dryer-friendly delicates can be washed and we do offer hand
wash services. Please place any items that requires hand washing in a
separate bag and include a note to stating “Hand Wash” is required for that item. In terms of drying delicates, our drying options do not include hang drying. To find out if your item will dry in the tumble dryer, check its washing instructions tag.
How would you treat my whites?
Your laundry is separated into light and dark washes. Please place any special items in a separate bag and leave a note if they require special attention. We can also email/text us to let us know in advance.
How long do I have to wait for my clean laundry to return?
We offer a standard turnaround of 2 days (48 hours) as part of our service. If you need it back sooner, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
How do I pay for services?
An invoice with our bank details will be sent to you via email and once this is paid we will arrange a delivery time with you.
How do you pick up the laundry?
Once order is confirmed, drop your laundry in any type of laundry bag, plastic bag or basket by the front door or outside on the scheduled pick up day, and our driver will swing by to grab it.
Are my clothes cleaned along with clothes belonging to other people?
Absolutely not! Rest assured that each bag or basket you provide will be processed individually with the utmost care. Our commitment to maintaining strict separation guarantees that your clothes will never be mixed with those of another customer, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
Can I reschedule a pickup or delivery? And what if I missed a Scheduled Pick Up or Delivery?
To reschedule a pick up or delivery, get in touch by text, email, or phone, and let us know up to 24 hours in advance.
If you have missed a scheduled Pick Up or delivery, send us a text or email and we'll advise if we're able to reschedule your pickup.
We may charge a missed pick-up or missed drop-off fee. So, it is recommended that you notify and reschedule your pick-up or drop-off at least 3 hours in advance to avoid these additional fees.
