We have an additional $15 fee for blankets or other large items, as they count as one full load of laundry. Our primary drying method involves tumble drying. However, if you prefer air drying for your laundry, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.

  • What does the price include?

    Every order includes washing, tumble drying, and folding. Pickup and delivery is available (delivery fee $7). There are no hidden fees — the price you see is based purely on the weight of your laundry.

  • How do I know which weight option to choose?

    A standard household washing machine load is roughly 5-7kg. If you have a couple of days' worth of laundry for one person, that's usually around 5kg. A full week's laundry for one person is typically 10-15kg. If you're unsure, we weigh your laundry on pickup and you only pay for the correct weight bracket.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Our smallest wash and fold option starts at 5kg or less for $45. For add-on services such as business laundry and shoe cleaning, the minimum order is $45. Please note we do not offer hand washing and air drying.

  • Do you charge extra for pickup and delivery?

    A $7 delivery fee applies for pickup and delivery across Christchurch. There are no other hidden fees or fuel surcharges beyond this flat delivery fee.

  • Do you offer regular or weekly plans?

    Yes! If you need regular laundry service (weekly, fortnightly, or custom schedules), get in touch and we can set up a recurring pickup that works for you. Regular customers enjoy a seamless experience with no need to re-order each time.

  • How do I pay?

    After we weigh and process your laundry, we send you an invoice via email with our bank details. Once payment is received, we arrange a delivery time with you.

  • Do you offer commercial or bulk pricing?

    Absolutely. We work with Airbnb hosts, offices, sports teams, hotels, and event organisers. Contact us for custom commercial pricing tailored to your volume and frequency.

  • What if my laundry is heavier than 30kg?

    No problem! For loads over 30kg, please contact us directly on 027 269 0154 or email [email protected] and we'll provide a custom quote for your larger order.
